Ensure the subject of the email is your order number. Example: "ORDER 5097"
Here's what's included within your illustration:
- The option of a banner with writing
- Up to 3 people/children/pets per illustration
- Your own choice of background colour (Detailing of backgrounds or props cannot be included)
- A black frame glass service is available
- Your illustration will be received within 3 weeks upon purchase
Customers will be directly sent the bespoke illustration in the post upon the date specified. Should you wish to see the image before the final copy is sent to you, you are required to pay an additional charge of £25. Please click here to add this to your order. This charge includes 1 set of small changes such as wording placement and colour tweaks. Further changes which the customer did not specify during the booking process are to be charged at a cost of £25 per half hour. This will be sent via invoice.

Greeting cards are A6 105mm x 148mm
A4 print is 210mm x 297mm
A3 print is 297mm x 420 mm
Each print is Heavyweight 340gsm stock
Turnaround times range from 2 - 3 weeks. Once photographs have been received by us, we will respond with confirmation of receipt and the date you can expect to receive your illustration.
DESIGNS PRODUCED AND RECEIVED MUST NOT BE USED FOR BUSINESS PURPOSES UNLESS GIVEN WRITTEN PERMISSION. KITSCH NOIR GAINS PERMISSION & RIGHTS TO ALL ILLUSTRATIONS UNLESS GIVEN WRITTEN PERMISSION.
