Start each month with an optimistic and empowering affirmation to focus on. We have also created a helpful reminder (double) page for you to list important dates that month and for personal points you wish to focus on. Every month is tabbed with  pastel colours and begins with a signature KitsCH Noir illustration. A blank reflection page is placed at the end of each month for you to insert notes, new goals and recollections on great events that happened or improvements to be made next month.
